Terms and Conditions

1. Only persons over the age of 18 years may participate in our Partner program.

2. NO SPAM allowed! If we has reasonable beliefs that you or on your behalf are guilty of spamming e-mail,
news groups, BBS, IRC, etc. we will immediately termination of your account.

3. You may not send us traffic from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content: child pornography, lolita sites, bestiality,
warez, password sites, hacking, cracking, other sites with illegal content.

4. Only one account is allowed per webmaster. Otherwise you will NOT be paid and both accounts will be terminated!

5. Partners will be paid 50% of original sales, plus 50% of every recurring fee that member plus while his account stays active
Also you'll get 5% of the sales from any webmaster that you refer to us. We shall subtract cancellations and chargebacks.
These commissions will be paid and tracked by CCBill.

6. Sales which processing by inet-cash (our secondary billing processor) will not be tracked and paid.

7. We reserves the right to change the commission rate with a preliminary notice to the current email address of webmaster.

8. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time. In such cases you will be notified immediately
and paid for all commissions due, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement.
